Our Products
Good Bars are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Because we use natural ingredients, slight variations in appearance, texture or flavour may occur from batch to batch. This is a normal part of handcrafted food production.
Ingredients & Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with ingredients such as peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, oats, sesame, coconut and other allergens.
Please read the ingredient information carefully before purchasing. If you have a severe food allergy, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors should they occur.
Orders
Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary. If payment has already been made for an unavailable product, a full refund will be issued.
Payments
Payment must be received before orders are prepared or dispatched.
Storage
Our bars are frozen immediately after production to naturally preserve freshness.
For best quality:
Store frozen for long-term storage.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 weeks.
For longer storage, simply return the bars to the freezer.
Bars may arrive partially or fully thawed after delivery depending on transit conditions. This does not affect their quality or safety when stored according to these guidelines. Simply freeze upon receiving.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier schedules or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, Good Bars cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen events.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as fairly and promptly as possible.
Event & Corporate Orders
Orders for events, corporate gifting, guest favours and Good Bites may require additional lead time. Confirmation of quantities and payment may be required before production begins.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, recipes and branding, is the property of Good Bars and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable care in producing safe, high-quality products, customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their own dietary requirements and allergies. This is extremely important. Our products are high in nuts and other allergens, and cross-contamination due to single-machine use is very likely. If you have a severe nut allergy, please do not consume our products, even if the specific product does not contain that specific nut. We use the same food processor and same pans, rollers and cutters for all our products. Although equipment is washed between uses, a chance for cross-contamination is possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Bars shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
